THE PROBLEM
1
You’ve gotten good at “handling” it on your own.
The relapses. The secrecy. The shame.
Most men try to handle unwanted pornography use on their own. They label their need for help as weakness, or worry that the shame of addressing it will be too much to handle. But eventually, the hiding becomes unbearable.

Some of the insurances we accept include BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Luminaire/Centrus.
-
Therapy isn’t like what you see in the movies. You won’t be forced to talk about anything you don’t want to, and we definitely won’t ask you to lay back on a couch and share about your childhood.
We typically spend sessions talking about your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, and helpful ways to change these to help improve your symptoms.
Therapy can feel uncomfortable at times, but you’ll be in control every step of the way.
-
Yes, therapy is confidential. Everything you say stays between you and your therapist.
There are a few exceptions to confidentiality, such as instances of child abuse or suicidality. Your provider will discuss confidentiality with you during your first session..
-
Our practice focuses on serving men and teen boys, but we’re open to working with women as well. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested in working with one of our providers.
-
We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
-
No. Our providers are Christians, but you don’t have to share our faith to be a client here. We’ll respect your beliefs and will treat you with dignity no matter your background.
