Carol Walker, LMFT

Hi! My name is Carol, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Kansas. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want help with conflict, communication, anxiety, grief, addiction, betrayal, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and more. I work hard to be fully present with any person and take seriously their courage, their potential, and the responsibility necessary to make lasting change. I especially enjoy working with young people (or anyone who always wants to love fun). 

I believe that Bowenian Family Therapy, Contextual Therapy, and Internal Family Systems are crazy helpful. I am also a long-time student of the Bible and Christian spirituality. If I did have a speciality, my education/training/experience equip me to help others best understand the relationship between fear and spiritual vitality. I offer several courses and a weekend intensive that promote this kind of learning, reflection, and transformation.

Finally, I am from the midwest, love hiking in the southwest, and often ache for the sea. I am married to Genny and together we share one daughter, two sons, and a resolve to love fun for all of life.
